Our mission at So Cal Hospice Care, Inc. is to provide quality health care with our team of professionals in conjunction with the plan of care the doctor has set in place. It is our utmost priority to provide comprehensive and tailored care to each and every patient and their loved ones in order to have more time to discover the joy and intimacy which comes from living life to its fullest.

We, at So Cal Hospice Care, Inc., are devoted and committed to help our patients and their families move through the last stages of life with comfort, strength, and grace.  We believe each day can be filled with peace of mind and precious moments which can be transformed into treasured memories.

Specifications

Our dedicated on-field staff is composed of RNs, LVNs, and CHHAs who are hospice and palliative care certified. Their focus is to make this difficult time as comfortable as possible for both the patient and their loved ones. Our in office as well as on the field staff speak not only English, but also, Armenian, Russian, Spanish, Frasi, and French.

We utilize variety of therapies to meet the needs of each individual patient. This includes the incorporation of pain management therapies including alternative therapies such music, aromatherapy, and homeopathy. Specialized services focus on pain relief, symptom management, comfort and support for terminally ill patients at the comfort of their home. Our program also offers grief counseling and support groups for adults, teens, children, and families.

Patient demographics vary since we serve the entire Los Angeles area as well as Palmdale and Lancaster. We look to expand our horizons and soon provide services in the Bakersfield area.

Our patients vary in age, ethnic background, location, and their medical coverage. We always strive to provide for each and every individual.
